Unopened kits — 90-day returns
Changed your mind? If your kit is unused and in its original, unopened packaging, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Opened or used filters — not returnable (hygiene & safety)
Because the Wellrove kit is a personal water-filtration device that comes into direct contact with the water you drink, opened or used filters cannot be returned, resold, or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons — the standard across the water-filter and personal-care industry. Genuine defects on an opened unit are still covered above (we’ll replace it).
How to start a return
- Email support@wellrove.com first with your order number. Please don’t ship anything back without authorization.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Fair use
This guarantee is for genuine customers and is limited to one claim per customer or household. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside this policy or show signs of misuse.
